1/4-20  Threaded insert x 1″ long .  Extra long for thicker material.  Made of cast zinc with a flange.

Drill 5/16″ hole for insert (soft wood like MDF – Larger for hardwoods.)  Do a test hole first!

Use the M6 wrench to tighten
